The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is a member-based global association dedicated to providing anti-fraud education and training. Together with its members, the ACFE is reducing business fraud worldwide and inspiring public confidence in the integrity and objectivity of our profession.
The Colorado Springs Chapter of the ACFE invites you to join our chapter and enjoy membership benefits such as these:
- Quality Education. The Colorado Springs Chapter (the Chapter) of the ACFE offers seven opportunities for CFE credit training per year. Members and affiliates of the Chapter receive discounted rates for monthly luncheon-hour training opportunities. Presenters are chosen from all fields and professions in Colorado that are involved in the fight against fraud.
- Networking. Build a network of peers in Colorado Springs and all surrounding areas in Colorado Springs. Be prepared when you need additional fraud professionals involved in an investigation or examination.
- Community Service. Join with other anti-fraud professionals in our community service projects. Meet new people as you share your expertise and knowledge.
If you are seeking opportunities that will keep you informed about the latest advances in the anti-fraud profession and provide local training options the Colorado Springs Chapter is for you!
The Chapter year runs from January 1 to December 31. Annual Dues are $30 per year. Chapter dues are separate from those of our sponsoring association and membership in the ACFE is a prerequisite for becoming a Chapter Member.
Individual affiliates are those who are not members of the ACFE but have an interest in the field of fraud prevention. Affiliates may not hold themselves out as Chapter members, have no voting rights and cannot hold Chapter offices. They are eligible to attend training sessions and receive discounts on such. Affiliate dues are $30 per year.
Group affiliates are organizations that wish to provide Chapter benefits to multiple professionals within their company, agency or department. All individual affiliate benefits and limitations apply. There is no limit on the number of Group affiliate participants in Chapter activities. Group affiliate dues are $75 per year.
